A happy weekend: Of flea markets and more!

Hi everyone!
Sorry for being a little out of touch!

I’ve been having a very busy time indeed. Last weekend, I set up my first ever Tarot stall at a local flea market. To say the least, the response was overwhelming!

I had been planning for this event for over a month.
Especially for the occasion, I designed these business cards and got them printed (let me know which ones you like better in the comments below).

I also made this huge poster for my stall. It turned out to be so unexpectedly pretty that I find myself getting addicted to doodling. Oh, and did I mention I love watercolor pencils?

Needless to say, I was excited about the event. And I’m so glad it turned out so well!

I am really thankful for all the people who came to my stall, and trusted me enough to get a reading done. I’m also extremely thankful to my sister for giving me the idea and my friends for helping me set up the stall and manage it. I wouldn’t be able to do this without them! ❤

The experience gave me a lot of confidence and has inspired me to do this more often. I was quite apprehensive about the response I’d receive but went for it anyway and am so glad I did.
In a way, it made me feel I’m meant to take my Tarot reading further and reach out to more people.
If you also have a passion for something, go ahead and nurture it. Don’t care about it being unconventional, not getting enough responses, or of making a loss. Just go for it.
Success will take care of itself.

To more such events in the future.

All in all, I had a great weekend.
How was your yours? What did you do?

  1. And yes, Congratulations! And did I tell you the doodle looks like it is printed and not hand drawn. For someone who hasn’t seen it being done, it will be difficult to believe it is hand drawn. I am glad that I had the opportunity to witness a piece of art taking shape in front of my eyes!

  2. Totally agree with nurturing the passion part! Took time out yesterday to write something despite being on the road. I just hope it becomes the new normal for me!
