It’s October already!



Here’s my sleep tracker for the last 20 days of September. I slept an average of 8.07 hours. How much did you?


The red ones are days when I slept less than 8 hours (my goal), and green ones are when I slept for 8 or more hours.

Dream big

I was flipping through a diary I used to write years back and came across this quote scribbled on a page.

“If a dream wasn’t possible, the Universe would not allow you to imagine it in the first place”

This made me so happy as it implies that absolutely all we dream is possible! I thought I’ll share it with my readers.

Doodling : my new go-to

Don’t be afraid of trying out something new. You might think it’s tough, or that you will be bad at it. But don’t let that stop you. Try it anyway. Who knows? You might turn out to be better than you think. Just take the first step.

I followed this advice. And for the first time in my life, I tried doodling this weekend. And now I can’t seem to stop. It’s addictive, fun, and a complete stress buster. It’s my new go-to. What’s yours?
